The Muscle Mommy Course is a 1:1 personally coached 6-month program tailored specifically to Moms who want a bigger goal without a bigger time commitment.
>>WHERE
The coaching happens with a dedicated mobile app, check-in’s, and you workout at your gym, with on demand video so you do it on your own time.
>>WHEN
Next course open in October. All details and routines are laid out super simple on our mobile app a week ahead of time, so you never feel overwhelmed. I don't need more stress and I know you don't either!
>>WHO
This is a pilot, so only a few Moms will be accepted. To be considered, you'll need to be ready for a change, within 3 clothing sizes or within 30 pounds of normal range, and the ability to lift weights and walk.
>>HOW
You get videos of Amy's workouts posted on Sunday, so you can easily follow along at your gym. 4 to 5 days of weight workouts for 30 mins, using dumbells, machines, cables etc. and 1 to 2 days of light cardio. There are always modifications of you don't have the exact equipment in your gym. You'll get the inside scoop on how to keep your meals between 10-25 mins to make, with minimal restrictions, so that your family will eat them too.

Here’s What You Can Expect During The 6 month Muscle Mommy Program
PRE- WEEK:
You'll have a full week to prepare. With the simple mobile app, you'll learn from 5 minute lessons each day. Before you even officially start, you'll have a full understanding of your routine, when to eat, how to prepare it, and it will take little to no extra time!
MONTH 1:
The simple daily checklist in the app makes it easy to accomplish your daily goals. We're taking a smart and safe approach to lifting 101. No extreme routines, and no high intensity interval training.
MONTH 2:
Now it's just cruise control. The daily checklist is a breeze and you're now on a healthy routine that's paint-by-number easy. This is where your body starts to respond to the weight training and you begin to really feel tighter and firm.
MONTH 3:
Depending on how your body is responding, we begin to manipulate eating times, portions, calories, etc. We NEVER adjust so much that your body feel shocked or deprived. We have 6 months and there is no rush. Rushing causes hormonal breakdown and immediate muscle loss. We don't want that
MONTH 4 & 5:
Adjusting higher on food and beginning to really challenge strength gains and muscle definition, This is when you really begin to see a different person in the mirror who looks powerful and youthful, confident and proud.
MONTH 6:
Depending on if you've met your goal, we modify your training to either accommodate you going on your own, or we adjust goals bigger and go for the gold.

WHO WE ARE:
It was 2002 at the Miss Fitness California competition. Standing there on stage holding the 1st place trophy, i almost forgot how much work it was to get my body looking like that. It was only my 2nd competition I ever did and it was SO much work. I starved myself for months, and worked out for a living. I remember I would go, go, go, and then just crash. So the night I won that show I went to cheesecake factory to celebrate, I had whatever my eyes wanted because I was so hungry. And 2 hours later I was kneeling in front of the hotel room toilet barfing, feeling like I got punched in the gut.
Here I was, a I was a personal trainer, teaching healthy living, and I was the "fittest" I had ever been in my life. But was I REALLY fit? Was it supposed to feel like this? Was I supposed to diet and be a cardio queen to feel good about myself? For years after I struggled with this battle in my mind.
So then at 30 I had the first of two beautiful babies. All you mothers know the feeling, and the miserable body image that comes after giving birth. Your belly, the stretched skin, the energy levels, the muscle loss and loose skin. How was I supposed to get back to where I could be proud of my body? There's no way this time I could go back to starving myself. It wasn't an option.
Seth and I have perfected the answer. It took over 10 years of case studies, trying new workouts, and all the diets. We landed and finished out quest with what seems laughable but so refreshing. It's all about what's realistic, logical, and long-term routine-able 😅
It's reall too easy. But it's a decision. And it WORKS.
